Can I return my order?

Yes — returns are possible.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt. Returns will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:

  • The product must include all original parts, components, and packaging, in the same condition as received.

  • The product must not be broken or damaged due to careless handling.

  • For hygiene-related items (e.g., beauty or personal care products), items must be cleaned thoroughly before returning.

  • If your item arrives defective, this must be reported immediately with photo evidence.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the parcel. If all conditions are met, you will receive a confirmation email once your return is accepted.

Belgravia Boutique reserves the right to refuse returned items that appear used, worn, washed, or damaged through no fault of our own.


How do I return my order?

If your order meets all return requirements, please follow the steps below:

2. Wait for our instructions

We will provide you with the correct return warehouse address.

⚠️ Important:
Do not return items to the sender’s address on the package.
This is not our return facility — items sent there will not be processed.

Return costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Right of Withdrawal (for Consumers)

If you are a consumer (a natural person purchasing for personal, non-commercial use), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase under the following terms:

Cancellation Terms

You may cancel your order within 30 days of receipt.

Please note:

  • Our fulfillment system is fully automated.

  • Once your order is placed, it is immediately processed and prepared for shipment.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

If your order has already shipped, please wait for it to arrive and then request a return by following the steps above.

Return shipping

Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.


Processing Your Refund

If your return meets all requirements, we will issue your refund within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at checkout unless another arrangement is agreed upon.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
